Technicians utilize specification sheets and drawings and blueprints, Network analyzers, and computer programs to outline filter capacity/function. Must adhere to (MOP) Manufacturing Operating Procedures and (ATP) Automated Testing Procedures. Conducts quality assurance spot checks and tests for accuracy of product.

Preferred candidates will possess:

• Associates Degree in a technical discipline (Engineering or Electrical Technology) or 2–3 years related experience.
• Familiar with test equipment and maintenance as well as the ability to receive security clearance, if needed.
• Direct experience in microwave and RF preferred.

Duties:

Manages and leads a team of outside sales representatives. Responsible for meeting corporate and departmental sales goals. Travels within an assigned geographic territory for customer visits. Interfaces with all facets of the internal organization, including engineering, quality and manufacturing. Review sales contracts to ensure compliance with governmental regulations. Participates in cross functional teams.
